To empower users to find answers to their product questions, we developed an easily searchable set of FAQs. I built the site using Zendesk as the CRM and HTML/CSS/JS for the branded design. The major focus of the design was to make the site responsive for mobile visitors. Initial content architecture was developed through an open card sort with a select group of users. Community and forum posting interactions were developed using best practices form the Online Community Guide.
