In a team of four, I conducted a set of interviews, observed work processes and attended office meetings with the goal of gathering data about how members of the FMP office shared information within each other. We analyzed our findings by constructing models, such float left:as communication flow and workflow models, to help us visualize the strengths and weaknesses of office interactions.  Based on our findings we were able to come up with a set of recommendations that FMP could implement in both the short-term and long-term to help make their internal information sharing more efficient.
